My computer rebels… domination by robots imminent.
…Juuuust kidding! (No, I am NOT good at April Fools jokes, why do you ask?) But this is still a serious issue I feel like complaining about: Leopard hates my computer. REALLY REALLY HATES.
I’ve just had to reset the PRAM for the third time in two months (because the ability to play back ALL sounds inexplicably disappears from my computer from time to time), when I’ve NEVER had to do this with Tiger. I’ve also had around four kernel panics within those same two months while I’ve had MAYBE three in two YEARS with Tiger.
What the heck, Apple. Is this your not-so-subtle way of telling me my computer sucks and I need a new one? Not that I don’t agree with you, but I gots no moneys for that. I really DON’T want to downgrade to Tiger, since I’ve gotten all used to the shininess that is Leopard and some of my programs require it, but the SEVERE slowdowns and serious problems REALLY tempt me. What REALLY stings is that some people with Macs older than mine have seen speed boosts with Leopard. In the immortal words of Charlie Brown: AUGH!!
