I love looking at abandoned manmade things. You feel quite a gut-wrenching awe when you see what a few years of unrelenting nature can do to the comforts of civilization. bauldoff: The Artificial Owl blog features the most fascinating abandoned man-made creations. By the way, the odd structure pictured at top is a pill box bunker located along Devil’s Slide, California, just south of San Francisco.
