It says you must purchase an Adobe Creative Suite edition to be entered to win (prize is the Master Collection, which is like Windows Ultimate, but with Adobe’s software), BUT a quick perusal of the rules reveals that NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. One needs only to submit this form.
