Car car car? Cardy car-car! ….Car car.

Guys, I am so excited to get a car.

I rode my bike to a different school this morning, and it was pretty horrible. The way there was mostly uphill, and the steepest part of the hill also happened to be covered in ice. So I walked it… which unfortunately did not really help because I have the stamina of an elf suffering from muscular dystrophy who is hooked up to a respirator.

All the while I was thinking “two more weeks, and you’ll be driving this shit.”

I arrived at that school late, tired, and sweaty, by the way… it was very very attractive.

Anyway, I found out later in the day, after I’d gone back to my main school, that the car salesman guy is supposed to come by TOMORROW with information about financing the car purchase (buying the whole thing at once will unfortunately mean I cannot eat, heat my house, OR get gas for the car for a month… so I figure I should spread the price out). We had gone to talk with him yesterday, when he said they’d come by “Tuesday next week.” I figured that was in 9 days from Sunday, but I will certainly take it if it’s tomorrow (then, it’d only take another week until I can drive that car off the lot! Woohoo!).

So now, when I need to kill time, I start looking around for ridiculous car accessories. Unfortunately, monetary concerns and sanity limits me to only the most necessary/cheapest items (ice scrapers, Hokkaido road maps, air freshener, something to enable playing my iPod through the car stereo… PRIORITIES!).

Anyway, hope tomorrow brings some good news. I would REALLY like to stop riding a bike on ice and through sleet.
