One last one: ladies, always have a pencil skirt in your closet. And go for the skirt over pants when you’re wearing business formal. Trust me, jacket and skirt looks much much better (regardless of height).
Ehhhh, I’m going to have to disagree: I like pants and they look freaking smashing if done right (much like anything, really). Though I have to admit, part of it’s because I wanna rebel against the whole shave, moisturize, prim, preen, try on a billion different skirts to find the perfect one that does with the outfit and shows of my legs to… who, exactly? Not that I don’t take care of myself or want to appear nice, but pants are what I enjoy wearing and I’m not wearing it badly. Plus, it’s freaking 20 degrees Fahrenheit out (50 in the hallways inside)… I’m wearing at least two layers over my legs.
…but having said that, yes, pencil skirts are nice. You don’t realize how much you move your legs until you wear them and realize you can’t (physically, or for decency’s sake) move your legs in those ways… but they look nice.
