Amazing purchase of the day: red/black animal-themed ball point pens. One ear clicks out the red pen, the other clicks out the black.
Freaking love this bag: it’s actually a carrying bag for smaller DSLRs, designed by Akihiro Kumagaya (who is only two years older than me?!) and commissioned by Olympus. It is all I can do to NOT order this $200 overblown case… or maybe I should just give in to compulsive consumerism and spend my Japanese stimulus money on it.
Looking forward to Golla’s summer iPod/MacBook line-up, especially the sleek MacBook Pro bags.
Yesterday, I noticed that the camera I have been wanting since last fall was finally up for preorder on several Japanese sites. After pondering this fact for about 15 minutes, I went ahead and preordered one. HOPEFULLY, I’m one of the first 5000 people who thought to do this, because they’re only manufacturing 5000 of these a month and I really would like to go ahead and just give the local camera purveyor fistfuls of cash and walk off happily with a lovely new camera by the end of this month.
So in preparation for what will either be a moment of climactic excitement or devastating disappointment, I’ve been looking up what shiny accessories I could get for that shiny camera. And thus we have a shopping wish list (in order of most to least attainable):
- An 8GB SD card… or two.
- A carrying case of some sort.
- A lens protector filter thingy.
- A polarizing lens filter.
- An extra battery.
- 4/3s to Micro 4/3s lens adapter.
- The ZUIKO DIGITAL 25mm F2.8 pancake lens.
- That fancy hotshoe mic attachment maybe…
The Picnica Tote Bag… can’t decide if this is super cute or slightly creepy. In any case, it is way more than one should pay for a reusable shopping bag.
Welcome to another thrilling installment of Bags Lucy Cannot Afford, But Really Really Like! Today, we bring you this premium gray leather bag from Antie! We can only dream of slipping our MacBook Pro into it…
Please excuse this girl moment: DO WANT.
I just noticed that the North American LeSportsac site has a 25% off sale on certain patterns. There aren’t as many styles available in Japan (like this laptop bag), and what IS available is more expensive. I am really tempted to just order it and ask my parents to stuff it in the box of stuff they’re sending.
